Scott O'Neill is a former civil engineer who achieved financial freedom at 28 and never looked back.
Starting with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Sydney, Scott transitioned from engineering into professional property investment, building one of Australia's most recognised names in the commercial property space from the ground up.
Today Scott is the Founder and CEO of Rethink Group, Australia's largest buyer's agency for commercial property investors, with operations spanning buyer's agency, funds management, lending, renewables and property management across Australia and New Zealand. He has been featured on the AFR Young Rich List four years in a row, is the co-author of Rethink Property Investing, Australia's number one commercial property book, and hosts Inside Commercial Property, the country's leading commercial property podcast. Rethink Investing is also a BRW Fast 100 company, recognised two years running.
As a sought-after speaker and media commentator, Scott regularly shares his insights across podcasts, publications and live events, with a reputation for cutting through the noise and giving investors a straight read on where the real opportunities sit.
