Jordan plays a key role in shaping and delivering a seamless client experience across the Rethink Group. With a background in operations, client service and strategic implementation, he supports multiple business units to ensure clients receive the highest level of communication, efficiency and support throughout their investment journey.
Jordan has led several of the Group’s digital transformation projects, including the rollout of AI tools, CRM automation and process improvements that continue to streamline how we engage with clients and deliver property services at scale. He works closely with internal stakeholders to optimise onboarding, engagement and reporting systems across the Rethink portfolio.
Jordan holds a Graduate Certificate in Property Investment and brings strong cross-industry experience from previous roles at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
